I am so happy to write this email – every step of the way, you guys were great. Melissa was wonderful on the phone, helped me rent a fridge for a friend and went above and beyond. I rang at 8am, got an email straight away and the driver Peter sent me a text message at 9:45am to say he would arrive between 10am and 10.15am. He arrived on the dot, got my signature and was off to deliver. Plus he was a very pleasant person! Going the extra mile, and delivering the fridge within hours of my call – AMAZING!

I just wanted to give some positive feedback for the Adelaide Mr Rental store. We rented a fridge for a month during Christmas / New Year while we had family visiting. We are building an extension and had demolished our kitchen and only had a tiny bar fridge, so needed something more. With only two days before Christmas and 24hours notice, we had a great fridge from Mr Rental that was clean, in good condition and in working order, for our use. The office and delivery team were so helpful, efficient and reliable. It was one of the easiest arrangements I have ever made.
